Limoncello with Libby

Last week an old friend, Elizabeth Friehaut, came to visit. She timed the visit well, because Douglas Kesteven and Keith Moore (from Dublin) were making Limoncello (a zesty, fortified fruit wine made from Imogen’s Farm bush lemons, with a lower alcohol content than the traditional Italian liqueur).
