Subsequent nights

Subsequent nights
$120 per double, $100 per single.

Extra people
Extra people are welcome to stay for $25 per person, per night.

No-frills rate

Our “no-frills” rate is great for people who want to save by bringing their own breakfast and linen.  There is no charge for extra people under this rate.

$120 per double, $100 per single.
Subsequent nights
$100 per double, $80 per single.

Double room
First night
$110 per double, $90 per single.
Subsequent nights
$90 per double, $70 per single.

Children and pets
Children under 10 years old are free.  Please contact us to discuss your requirements if you would like to bring pets.

Weekly rates, events and groups
Please contact us to discuss your requirements.  We may be able to offer you a special rate.

Check in: 2pm, check out: 10am
You are welcome to arrive or leave outside these hours (eg. if you want to start exploring the property before 2pm or go on one last walk before your departure), however the kitchen and rooms must be vacated between 10am and 2pm for cleaning.

Booking and cancellations
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.  The balance is required on arrival.  More than 7 days notice is required for refund of deposit (less 10% admin. fee).  If we have less than 7 days notice, the first night’s accommodation is non-refundable.
