Breakfast provisions
$10 per day, per person over 10 years old.
The breakfast provisions include muesli, milk, local fruit, farm eggs (or other local eggs, if our chickens haven’t laid any), local bread, butter, preserves, vegemite, local coffee and tea. We put the provisions into the kitchen and guests use them to prepare their own breakfasts. There is also a passionfruit vine and a herb garden for guests next to the kitchen, with parsley, oregano, chives, rosemary, coriander etc.

Stay for seven nights (over any period of time), and the seventh night is free.
For group bookings, we can accommodation up to eighteen people (ideal for a number of families staying together). Please contact us for a special deal. Event booking enquiries are also welcome.

Children and pets
Children under 10 years old are free. Please contact us to discuss your requirements if you would like to bring pets.

You are welcome to arrive or leave outside these hours (eg. if you want to start exploring the property before 2pm or go on one last walk before your departure), however the kitchen and rooms must be vacated between 10am and 2pm for cleaning.
Booking and cancellations
A deposit to cover the first night’s accommodation is required at the time of booking. The balance is required during your stay. At least seven days notice is required for refund of deposit. If we have less than seven days notice, the first night’s accommodation is non-refundable. However, 100% of the deposit may be transferred to another booking with us (within 12 months).
