“TILLY” LIMONCELLO.  Gold medal and Best in Class: Cairns Australian Fruit Wine Awards 2011. Silver medal Hobart Auatralian Fruit Wine Awards 2012.

Using the bush lemons from our property, we make this as a fortified fruit wine on a lemon wine base with lower alcohol, unlike the traditional liqueur. The traditional citrus zing of the lemons combines with a palate of butter overtones, which is a product of the lemon wine.  150 ml $12.00 per bottle      375ml $25.00 per bottle

“NATHAN’S” WINE of LIME”,Best in class 2013 Hobart Australian Fruit Wine Show. A fortified fruit wine . A dessert wine with exciting lime flavours and a balanced long palate. $25 per 375 ml bottle

“JAGERA” SWEET JABOTICABA. Bronze medal Cairns Australian Fruit Wine Awards 2011. Silver medal Hobart Australian Fruit Awards 2012.
Jaboticaba is a berry from Brazil which prospers in our subtropical climate. We have made a fortified fruit wine with an astringent front berry palate with a balanced finish reminiscent fine vintage port or sherry. $20.00  per 375 ml bottle

Using our chambourcin grapes from  our 2013 vintage,  which was  dry, an advantage in our wet enviroment, we  are particularly happy   with this wine which is fruity and makes a perfectly good drink with food.     750ml  $16.00 per botttle

We have made this wine with residual grape sweetness and elevated alcohol. It goes well chilled; at room temperature with cheese before dinner; or as a dessert wine after a meal.    500ml  $15.00 per botttle
